Hi there can anyone please tell me how to go from Penn Station to the following place , i have to reach for exam before 8 in morning.

After i am all done with my studies and all i really fear traveling and all ..searching on google map and all too does not give one concrete info ...
i hope i get information on this forum to kill this useless anxiety....
