I noticed that on www.ecfmg.org, there is ECFMG's Certification Verification Service (CVS) online service. What is that for?The link is
http://www.ecfmg.org/cvs/index.html[/url]. I am little confused. Do we need do anything in this service? Anybody can give me an answer?

I think it is for verification of medical degree required for ECFMG certification.It did not exist till about 4 months back.Not required for match if your degree has been verified.Pleae correct me if I am wrong

I read the below FAQs:
Can international medical graduates request a confirmation or status report for themselves?
CVS reports are sent only to third parties. International medical graduates can request a USMLE transcript or ECFMG Exam Chart.
I think u r right. We may not need it for match.
Will try my best: Another question is: After My step1/2 done, How can i get the ECFMG certificate? Do i need request for it? or Is it sent to me automatically? How long can i get it?

after uve cleared ur step 1,2 and cs they wil automatically send the ecfmg certificate
