What is the difference in the contents of the above structures?

well Carotid a. does not go through the fissure :-)

Okkk, which carotid? Common Carotid, Internal Carotid, External Carotid.

So, what vessel do u see in the Superior Orbital Fissure then? wink

ok...
SOF and CS both carry

CN III, IV, V-1, VI

SOF also carries ophthalmic vein
CS also carries V-2 and ICA and some postganglionic sympathetic fibres
