4 stages, 3 before the release 1 after:
stage I-clinical trial on animals
stage II-on healthy paid individuals
stage III-on a larger group of pts with defined disease.
stage IV-(POST-MARKETING)watching for long-term as well as short-term side effects in an obviously larger this time real Consumer population
