amphotericin, bcoz it causes release of histamine so pretreatment with NSAIDS, STEROIDS AND ANTIHISTAMINE.....

In this question, if you don't know that Amphotericin produces release of Histamine you should know that this drug is the treatment of choice of Mucormycosis and this patient has it.(large necrotic lesion in the upper palate).
