Death of a fetus BEOFRE 12 weeks is called Spontaneous Abortion.
After 20 weeks it's called IUFD.
What is it called between 13-19 weeks?

Death of a fetus < 20 weeks GA <25cm, <500gms is termed as abortion...

Do ALL those have to be present for it to be considered abortion, of any one of those?

That is the definition for ABORTION given in williams obstetrics..< 20 weeks is the definition given in most of ob. review books, whether or not other criteria is taken into consideration clinically is something i am not really sure of

You can either classify it as early abortion < 12 weeks or late abortion - 12 - 20 weeks, whatever it may be, abortions as a general rule is defined as Termination of pregnancy due to any reasons in < 20 weeks..
