here is difference
) surgery : high yield images added .. thats all
2)psychi : no change
3) pedia : major change , paragraph form removed and given in points.. high yield images added,few new disease added , do check out
4) IM: cardio n renal system upgraded, treatment upgarded for few dz like RA,pul embolism,high yield images added
5) Obgy: couple of new chapters added, do check out
