i have done observership in psychiatry ,so what do i need to get from the hospital USCE letter showing duration or LOR from the doctor whom i was shadowing,or both.

Ask your LOR writer to indicate in the letter the exact start and end of the project... Kill two birds with one stone...

thanyou all,one more thing to know,i have some LOR from my home country,will these letters count for ERAS,can i send home country LOR to ERAS along with US LOR.
