Does anybody have the idea what is the answer ???

The question is about 36 years old woman who is yellow , she is taking hloropromazin for her delusional disorder , and she had two tablets of acetaminophen for her headache , she is coming to se a doctor because her eyes turned yellow , during physical doctor noticed rash on her upper trunk and extremities .
There is no other significant medical history

The most probable cause of her cholestasis is

A) Acetaminophen toxicity
B) Drug induced cholestasis
C) Drug induced fatty liver
D) Granulomatous disorder
