A 68-year-old man is brought to the emergency department because of a 2-day history of fever, headache, muscle weakness, and confusion. His temperature is 38.6C (101.5F). Exam shows generalized lymphadenopathy and weakness of the right lower extremity. E) West Nile virus I 'm not sure though.. But i was thinking, its an arbo virus.. so it leaves us with options b), e) and f)... but b) and f) are transmitted by aedes mosquito...

yea west nile and st. louis encephalitis are the only 2 carried by culex mosqito I remember Flavirus family as being "flavorful/colorful" So hep C. C for color Aedes (YELLOW fever & Dengue ). there ones a bit tricky but u just memorize =/ Culex ( st louis & west nile ) .. C for color
