E) Patient’s belief that temazepam would kill him 'cos if he actually believes so, this would qualify as a suicide attempt, which is the single most important risk factor for more attempts.

C) male gender. coz #1 risk factor is previous suicide attempt and #2 is male gender in the list of high risk factor for suicide.

E...#1 risk factor.Previous attempt of suicide.In this case, attempt was with temazepam.This will be the no.1 point for assessing suicide risk.
