This Question is probably asking about the Importance of studying Genetic Causes of Familial Diseases so as to make inference about Sporadic Diseases.Specific HLA Types might be the cause of Familial Autoimmune Diseases and the same HLA Types could be found in Sporadic Cases,with no Familial History.I would say te Answer is E.
