hi everybody....
got my scores yesterday..... 78/192.... had studied well... dont know what happened.....
want all ur suggestions regarding this matter....... i.e., with this score is it possible for me to get a good university either for internal medicine or paediatrics??? or should i drop out the whole idea of usmle and do something else????? am very confused...
please give me a frank opinion about the same......

keep going......never drop out your dreams.....i know people with really bad scores who made residence (even surgery) so try to focus on step 2 ck and improve your score in that, it's much easier and maybe you don't match in harvard or NYC but for sure your gonna match, dony give up......i't better die triying that be alive without try

first CONGRATULATIONS for passing your exam 
dont give up keep going
u r not the only one to get a low score
it is not the end of the road
u still have a chance
low score should motivate u and never let u down
concentrate on the next step
u should get a good score in step 2
