B) decrease preload which is the mech of action of nitroglycene. coz A)dec after load is the mech of most anti hypertensive drugs not anginal. C)not a beneficail effect on angina D)same as c E) this is the mechanism of positive ionotropic drug which inc contractility and if u inc the contractility of heart if will further inc the oxygen demand of heart which will worsen the situation. so ans is B.

for this question u should know which drud she took which in the case is sub-ligual nitrate(nitroglycerin).

and forgot to mention that in low doses nitro cuses only "venodilation"(dec preload)but in high doses can also coz atreriolar dilation which we dont consider in therapeutic doses.
