Well, I had 3 real signs in my SP: enlarged thyroid, distended neck veins, and few dark coarse hairs on chin/neck in young SP... I am sure those were real things to look for, to find and document... You will not miss those if have an understanding of where to look at/for while acting the case...

In two of my cases, when I listened to the chest in the supine position, the SPs turned their head to one side. Does it mean decreased breath sounds? So confusing.

No, I think if it was decreased breath sounds they would pretend to be breathing (only moving their chest but not really taking alot of air in). May be previous dr.s had asked them to look to one side so it came to him naturally?

I'm afraid in regards to real murmurs. Any tips for that?

Has anyone rechecked the pulse or BP in any SP? Do you think it's required in any special case?
