This includes only one change (either thelarche, adrenarche, or menarche)
The cause is a transient Hormone increase leading to increased end organ sensitivity.
Notes just say that the treatment is conservative, but what does this include?

Reassurance and observation? or do we have to treat with something for a short time?

Do all for Dx - bone age, DHEAS, 17OHP, FSH, LH, testosterone if needed,
than reassess growth velocity and pubertal status at 3-6 mo interval

yes,if the pathological causes hav been ruled out, observation and reassurance .

I think you do bone age as the first step to ruling out between incomplete and complete precocious puberty
if bone age = chronological age --> incomplete so reassurance
bone age ahead of chr age --> complete so do pelvis, abd, brain CT or imaging
bone age delay --> hypothyroidism causing prec puberty so do TFT
