This is for Acute Salpingo-Oopheritis
For OUTPATIENT:
#1: Ofloxacin + Metro PO bid X 14 days (?)
OR
Ceftriaxone IM X1 + PO Doxy
OR
Cefoxitin + Probenacid (UW) ?

For INPATIENT:
IV Ceph (Cefoxitin or Cefotetan) + IV Doxy
OR
IV Clindamycin + Gentamycin (?)

These are from my notes but I have some doubts.
Please confirm or add any changes.
