i think wat he means is that in lieu of MSPE (bc most ppl knwo fmg's dont have MSPE) one could upload a dean's LOR, but yes you would still have 3 other LOR's from clinical encounters on your behalf, hope that helps!

some of the programs specifically ask for Dean's LoR too....I was wondering should I get one too. I know that MSPE is equal to Dean's letter. But this one has to be different I guess

I have a Dean's letter and another letter signed by the vice Dean. Can I submit both as Dean's letter as the vice dean's letter includes an important point which is missing in the dean's letter. Do they scan both??
any advice on that?
I want to do my best to submit both.. what can I do? any experience?

i was reading on eras that if our schools dont do mspe(which most foreign schools dont) that a letter from the dean describing the student is suffice in place of mspe.. if u wish to use it as one of ur LOR's that's different, b/c a letter from the dean would go in lieu of MSPE, not under LOR unless u specify that u want it to be a LOR and not in place of MSPE, i would just email the eras support so no one is confusing anyone, im just relaying what i read on the eras website.. but pleaes do confirm with eras support @ ecfmg. com
