Can anyone pls tell me how in the world i can finish PNs in 10 minutes cos i haven't been able to achieve that and its making me so worried.My exam is next wednesday in Atlanta.

Hi,
maybe this helps:
Fill out differential and work up first. You will be scored on this.
Be short on PE, try to use abbreviations.
For the HPI write down positive findings first. If you still have the time, include negative findings.

Thanks Bioguy!its been helping.hope i'll be able to finish in the actual exam.

do you try write to everything the SP says?I easily forget details of the history even from FA?

i had friend take c3ny and that doctor told them, history part is most important, bc that is info sp relayed to you the doctor, so they check if it matches.. dx and ddx are important, but the main thing is hx part, so i would do that first, the PE part you can write in how most normal PE's are shorthanded, but i would leave that for last part.. if you dont get HPI first, that is majority of what u conversation was with sp in the room, no?? that's what i did for my exam! best of luck jole!!

donot remember exactly.usmle world and first aid both hav some filled patient notes
