I have a question around one my 9 CCS cases in my exam that I took yesterday.
I got one of the cases that is ofhen mentioned in the form where the patient does not get better or worse..kept treating him for 20 mins or so the case was not ending and in the consult refered him to surgery for ailment but was not accepted, went back ordered some patho reports and i diagnosed cancer adenocarcinoma, provided another consultant still got rejects asked me for the third time againand changed the consult from surgery to GI consult and wrote down my reasons but got rejected and case ended, hence I know this case did not go as intended however I am suspecting i might have scrrewed up the consults in the end are there any points in each case in the way it was done or will i get zero points ?

hey, u r not alone..same thing happened to me with the same case...it kept on going..all consults rejected....how did u proceed on that case?
