they don't give the answers. i signed up for the four hour option, after finishing each section, without ending (as once you end one section, you cannot go back), i went over the questions and serached for correct answers. it took me a long time (one full day) to finish one test. for some questions, i had no idea what the correct answer was even after searching (and posting here). i thought in terms of level of difficulty, it is about the same as the real thing, so you can sort of gauge where you are. however, i think you can also save 45 bucks and spend that time going over first aid, BRS phyz, path, etc., as you cannot learn from your mistakes. also, very time consuming (if you go over your answers yourself).

Some say those qs are at the same level as the actual qs.

I don't know but, there is a link on the top of the support page to NBME released questions... I don't know if it is the same thing, or not. Also, liby have you done the kaplan cd. I heard that it is good for testing yourself. I don't know if it is at the same level of difficulty or not. Just thought that it was another option.

The questions are about the same level. But take those with a grain of salt. Testing conditions are different. What matters the most now is: calm down, relax. lf

Liby I am also getting panic, my test is in may-26, and every day I fill more insecure about taking the test, but I will do it, everybody said do not panic just do your best, and for this days stick with your best friend FA, is the other hope. One friend said this ,THIS BOOD IS GOLD, I don't know why he said that but I can imagine.
