Dear bbb,
I hope this qn is not a waste of your time, i.e. been asked before or is too stupid to be asked.
I have read numerous posts about notarization of docs, and where it can be done in the US etc. I have been reading the ECFMG ERAS website and no where have I even come across the word 'notarize'. I have gathered that LoRs and MSPE need to be original, and that med sch transcripts need to be sent in copies only [not original]
Among these, which need to be notarized? Or do I need to notarize a doc that I've not mentioned above?
Please help. Thank you.

If ERAS doesn't mention that a document needs to be notarized, then don't waste the resources to get it notarized. There are some programs that ask for additional information to be mailed - that information might need to be notarized, depending on what they want.

oh, ok.
So, none of the regular docs that is on ECFMG checklist need to be notarized?
