what are the causes of inverted P wave on the EKG?
Mention 3 causes......

  #2

Nodal tachycardia

Ventricular tachycardia

AV re-entry tachycardia

  #3

Good Job...... except for the V tach....doesn't conduct to the atria and it never shows ionverted p on EKG

The answers are summarised as following:

1.....any rhythm with retrograde atrial activation
2.....Incorrect lead placement (which is a very common cause..)funny huh
3.....mirror image dextrocardia
The last two are like unexpected causes...hehe that is what makes this question a funny one
