C) Neurons of the striatum

Neurons of the striatum would indicate Huntingtons disease right? Well I am not sure if Dementia is a symptom of Huntingtons but if it is then C is correct. If the question had a little more it would be helpful but questions on the exam aren't up for discussion. I guess C is the best answer with whats given.

the answer is C.....

I agree that it is C. Huntingtons does have progressive dementia as a symptom, and the writhing movements are characteristic of athetosis which signifies a Basal Ganglia problem (aka striatum)...therefore basal ganglia disease + dementia = Huntingtons...for our purposes anyways. :-)
