1) Solitary spinal mets. from Ca breast without neurological symptoms?
2) Widespread spinal mets.from Ca breast?
3) Solitary spinal mets in case of Ca prostate?
4) Widespread spinal mets. in Ca prostate?

radiotherapy

chemotherapy with radiotherapy
3) Solitary spinal mets in case of Ca prostate?
surgical resection because prostatic Ca is radioresistant but it is also controversial. radiotherapy can be used directly.
4) Widespread spinal mets. in Ca prostate?
for advanced disease like this the options are various. current American Society of Clinical Oncology guidelines recommend castration alone with either an orchiectomy or GnRH agonist.
