hi everyone! i'm currently working on my files hoping to download the document submission form but i am having problems. everytime i click on the ERAS Support Services it tells me....
SESSION ENDED
For your security, one of the following has occurred:
your account has timed out
you have not yet been authenticated
I already have my token and my AAMC ID.
I have been receiving this message for two straight days. Is anybody having the same problem? Is that particular link down at this time.
please advise. thanks!

I am also having some problem in downloading my document submission form.
Whenever I fill it online & then try to download it, I get this message:
Server Error in '/Eras' Application.
------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------
Input string was not in a correct format.
I have no idea what to do next.
I am going to call them tomorrow about this problem.
Does anyone else having same problem as mine?

About the second post, maybe I have the answer.
Having the same issue I called ECFMG/ERAS and they asked if I have the latest version of Adobe(yes) or just send an extra paper indicating which documents go along with it but since I wanted my DSF I looked for help in the yellow browser on top that indicates click here to download, click in help. It will show you to go to tools then internet options/security and .bla, bla....just follow the indications.
