you put right answer on your own ... thats D..."HEAT STROKE"-very common in athletes or runners in the summer!!!!

how is heat syncope different?

the only difference is that there is syncope in heat syncope. While there may be confusion or may not be confusion. It is a part of spectrum of heat related injuries. Treatment is same
