30yr old woman with family history of APKD wants to do DNA testing meant to detect disease in asymptomatic carriers..she is asymptomatic and all tests negative..before doing the test, explain her tht a positive test would mean 1. she will get end stage renal disease 2. she will have to be monitored for dvelopment of liver disease 3.she should avoid pregnancy 3. she may be eligible for disabilty 4. she may have difficulty getting life insurance
