14wks preg patient with vdrl and FTAABS positive, but asymptomatic..appropriate management?
1.do amniocentesis and do darkfield microscopy on amniotic fluid
2.follow treatment regimen for primary or secondary syphilis
3.postpone treatment until 20wks
4. do LP before starting treatment
5. dont treat until further tests are dont to rule out false postive
