19 yr old college student with h/o bronchial asthma comes to the student healt centre with shortness of breath..he has been using epinephrin nebulizer and over the counter cold medication for runny nose and cough for the past few days. he just used the bronchodilator in the waiting room..he appears anxious and breathing is labored..mildly decreased breathsounds and scattered wheezes present...what is the most appropriate management?

1. add oral aminophylline

2.admit him for respiratory therapy

3.substitute albuterol nebulizer for epinephrine
