I have my exam in 3 days but I am worried to death because of my always around 60% scores in every practice test I do. I did the nbme offline, the Usmle CD and I have pretty much always 30 questions out of 50 (30/50) right.
I'd rather want to take the risk to go to the exam because I postponed it for several times now,my strength is fading and I can't see this stuff any more. But I don't know if it is wise to go..... Do you have any suggestions, how would you decide?

I think this is the situation when $45 for NBME is worth the most. Why don't you do online NBME to see what scores do you get for your current preparation and if it's absolutely unacceptable, I would probably suggest that you take a time off & decide some new plans and give one more try. There is no point in giving exam if you score scaring low in NBME because in that case your real score is more likely than not to be scaring. By the way 60% in UW (if you did it) is really good.

Did you mean Usmle world question bank or the self assessment thing,or the CD they send you? Usmle world question bank I used only as studying tool beside my other resources and I planned on the self assessment test today later or tomorrow.I did nbme 3 some weeks ago and did badly! Then I downloaded the stuff, nbme 1-4. Which is the best to do online.perhaps 5 or 6? Or better form 2? And with the Usmle self assessment, you won't probably have as much experience in that because it is pretty new but as far as I saw on this forum, the few people who did it,liked it.
