looking at forums and in many posts, it is written that in Office cases you sit and in Emergency cases like pain you keep standing while you take Hx. My question is, does it really matters ??? if I sit in front of a SP who is sitting at uper level than me, than its really hard to concentrate on SP's eye and write down notes...... As, Eye contact is a must.
Any suggestions will be appreciated very much....

its better to sit in Office cases as it looks more professional, and you can keep standing in ER cases.... I think yours is not a big problem as otherwise it should be mentioned any of the posts..
