i am yet to give step3
while paying for usmle transcript if i select the transmission to be manual
it wont be trouble right..scores of step3 will be released only if i want to..
so in that case while filling for caf--do i need to mention that i am going to give step3?
if i dont fill in caf about my future step3 plans and i give it would that be a problem?

keep it manual because God forbid if you were to fail/barely pass u might want to conceal the result till at least u have got all the interview calls. may be beyond!

no u need not mention your plan in the CAF.

manual transmission isnt a problem at all.

okay and selecting manual transmission is it like press button right?
it then transmits automatically when we press enter button right or is it individual program selection?
do pds come to know our score when we transmit them or we also do have to email them?

i think it is like pressing a button. (someone confirm this because i had kept it automatic. by mistake and suffered!!!)

however caduceus after these emails and paperwork that you might have gone thru, are you worried about clicking 100 buttons even if u have to !!!!!!! just keep it manual.

the programs get an email everytime your usmle transcript is updated. most people advice reinforcing them by a personal email from your side too.
