This murmur sounds like ASD... because of the wide fixed split S2, but what about the DIASTOLIC component? What is that?

My husband explanation was that increased rt. atrial volume causes flow murmur across the tricuspid valve which becomes diastolic....

I thinks its ASD complicated by some other valve dysfunctions(like tricuspid regurge..)...not sure though...any more inputs?

fixed split S2 - ASD ejection murmur at left upper sternal border from increased pulmonary flow diastolic rumble of relative tricuspid stenosis may be heard
