I have 2 questions. 1) Which are the so-called famous best programs for IM? I don't think I'll be applying to them, since my CV is not as competitive (a big fat 5 years gap in clinical experience). But I'd like to know which are those to weigh in the possibility of applying or not. I dont want to waste my money on them. 2) On the same note, which are the so-called undesirable programs? Being an IMG you don't have so much information on them. I'm researching on line on their websites, but I feel blindfolded some times if I don't get the unofficial word-off-mouth version of how good or bad they are. Thanks.

Try this link scutwork.com. It has a review of the programs by Residents and Medical Students.
