Hi guys, I was wondering if someone has faced same problem as mine. Now I try to add LOR writters name and department and then print it...but it doesn't allow me to save DSF and print later on(I don't have printer)...I could do that cpl of week ago...but now it seems ERAS applied some sort of new policy or something? They say that my DSF saved succesfully...does that mean now I can't change it?by the way I did it twice for the same lor writter....is it a big problem?please guide me through this...thanks and have a blessed day.

Thanks a lot guys....I could successfully print that...now next question is-I have 2 LORs..from which 1 LOR I want to waive....do I need separate DSFs for each LOR in separate envelopes or I can check "I waive" for 1 and "I don't waive" for the other?hope you get it....thanks guys and good luck for the match

You state that you waive on the LOR request form, not DSF. Yes, please make two separate DSF, and attach them along with LOR request forms to the letters. Put these letters into separate envelopes, and send to ECFMG. You may want to send the separately or in one pack...

figured this out too, but only last question about this dsf form, i made a separate one for each LOR to send to the doctors so they could send it into ecfmg directly, is that fine, or do we put it all on 1 form? but then i'd be sending the LORs, which I am not, im waiving my rites and having the docs send it in, is this rite, anyone?? thanks!

@hottie: Same thing here, sent cover letter and DSF to each LoR writter and kindly requested to send them directly to ERAS. I didn't waive my rights though because I want my letters back next year and because I already read the content The only thing is that there is not other way but to wait They have some free minutes in their busy schedule to send out our LoRs and maybe just to e-mail them gently reminders...

Hi Guys, I was not able to print the DSF even after downloading the Adobe. I am using Internet Explorer and don't have Firefox...Can anyone help, and let me know if the DSF form has a bar code, when you open it in Adobe? I printed the form before clicking "print form" button, and of course, that print out does not have bar code. I'm worried. Thanks... kyn

^I just opened a copy of my DSF in Adobe, yes they do have bar codes on top. Try downloading firefox and then make a new DSF.
