I already read the info on ERAS Website, but still want to confirm my understanding about it before I tell my references what to do. So my references need to write LoRs using the official stationary, sign with the blue ink and seal the letters after finish.... all that. Do they need to put the letters in the envelops? Then I should ask them to return the LoRs to me and let me mail them to ECFMG. Is it correct?

Technically, if you waive your right to see/edit the LOR, then you provide your referee with signed LOR request form, DSF, ask to write the letter, sign/affix the seal, attach LOR request form and DSF, PUT IN ENVELOPE, close and send to ECFMG directly. All these instructions are on LOR request form.
