I hope it's E. I read somewhere that the fab fragments of Rheumatoid factor IgM bind to the FC portions of IgG. Am I right?

The confusion may be due to the poor illustration. Rheumatoid factor (RF or RhF) is an autoantibody (antibody direct against an organism's own tissues) most relevant in rheumatoid arthritis. It is an antibody against the Fc portion of IgG. The Fc region is the tail region of the antibody. Answer is 3 and 4, choice E.
