If it is not distressed, say "Nice to meet you" is OK and you say it at the beginning, not at the end. But "Thank you for coming in." or "Take care." can be used for all cases.

amd if u run short of time, u can say `i just got paged, ill be back after some time`. cuz people DO get short of time there.
