I am an IMG. When I was a medical student I did two clinical rotations (clerkships) in University of Rochester Medical Center 6 years ago (I've been a PhD student in the US for the recent 5 years. That's why I didn't apply for residency until now ). I got an official evaluation form from each department I rotated, which includes a rating plus a short comment from the program directors (obviously assistant professor and up). They were handwritten, signed and officially sealed, yet not in the format of LoRs. The evaluations were quite good so I am wondering if I can submit them as some sort of supporting documents or even as LoRs.
