Hi,

I am going back to my home country in october and plan to come back for the interview around 3 week of nov.

So i will need to go back for the visa interview before i can come back to US. Anyone has any idea on what how this process works.. is it easy to get a visa for the purpose of residency interviews??

I don't know the specifics of getting visa for IV purposes. But I believe it is easier to get a visa once you have already been issued with one. i.e. they have already done background paperwork etc and you have met their criteria the first time around.

Good luck.

If you want attend the visa interview with the reason of residency interviews its better to have residency interview letters of mails.

If you have none, means you better come based up on step 3.

If you have any one the above documents and other supporting documents and you havent over stayed last time then it never become a problem for you.

I hope u got it.
thanks
