Same thing here Ganesha. I write a few phrases here and there...Not even close to finish it.

thanks ganesha123. But how can we show our interest in prelim? and we should mention that I am going to apply for an advanced program and I "have to" pass one year of prelim?? Is this also recommended for LOR? have different one for prelim? sorry for nagging tone !!

well you have to give ur reason for doing the prelim thats why u need a separate Personal statement. Be honest as to what are ur future goals are ,as to what specialisation u intend to apply to later, in the statement(dats the purpose of a P.S..!!) i dont think u need separate Lors for prelim tho....!!

azirikani, Show your PS to a trusted few and get their opinion. The PDs don't expect us to be great writers. Just make sure that you sound sincere. Run a spell check for sure.

not necessarily, my brother and LOR writers were the only ones who read my PS. my brother is not a doc and I didn't ask for any feedback from my LOR writers. i didn't ask for any feedback from my LOR writers. i had just submitted it along with my LOR request.
