38. A 37-year-old woman comes to the physician because of an itchy rash over her trunk for 2 weeks. She has not had fever, chills, shortness of breath, chest pain, or gastrointestinal symptoms. She has a history of recurrent urinary tract infections and has been taking trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole prophylaxis for the past year. She is in mild distress. Another doubt- can pulmonary manifestations of cystic fibrosis occur at an aga as young as 20 months?

rash 2 wks, mild distress and BP 96/62 - i don't think it's eczema at age 37, not common age for manifestation, not h/o other allergic conditions, trunk is not common site for eczema
i would pick B

about CF - i think yes
