hey folks like i mentioned in prep journal i shall be more consistent here which i will
on Goljan page 291 ( new RR by elsevier)
the Guru ( thats what I call him )
writes resorption atelactasis is the most common cause of fever 24-36 hours adter surgery
I would have thought it some kind of infection ( i mean from whatever I remember of it clinically)
But goljan literally knows over a 1000 times more than me
but what if we get a question similar MCC fever 24 hrs post surgery
do we click on options relating to atelactasis or some sort of infection?
