A at ovulation oocyte gets arrested in metaphase of meiosis 2 and is released. So i think clomiphene would promote that is it A

I believe it is A also. The ovum is arrested at 2nd meiotic metaphase once it has become mature. The question is basically asking in which state is the primary oocyte arrested. The answer to that is prophase of meiosis I.

This question has nothing to do with the drug, the follicle is releasing the oocyte. As soon as the oocyte is release it completes PM1 and gets arrested in MM2, until it is fertilized only than MM2 will be completed. If the question regarding hysterectomy and what state are the oocytes in then u pick PM1. If they ask anythign after release u pick MM2. If they ask after fertilization, then its prob about non disjunction .. Just know ND1 ( 2 diff allel passed ) ND2 ( 2 same allels passed )

A - They haven't been released yet, so they are in 1st Meiotic Prophase. Once they are released and before they are fertilized, they are arrested in 2nd Meiotic Metaphase.
