Anyone take the step 1 exam recently?... has there been any changes in diffuculty of questions?... any video questions ? audio etc.?

i gave my exam on june 1th. mine was the new format of exam. had one audio and one video question. i really dont know if there has been any changes in difficulty of questions. i felt the entire exam was difficult.
