I stayed in Windsor Suites in Center City ~2 mi from the test center. A cab costs $5-7. ~$110 a night if you make a reservation on their Website. The staffs were extremely nice and friendly. They kept my luggage for me until I was back from the test. The furnitures in the room are not very new but the room is generally tidy and spacious. Highly recommend it.
