AAMC ID as part of LoR?

Hi all,
do you know if it is a problem if the AAMC ID is not in the LoR?
Because the cover sheet says it should be a part of the letter head or body.
How did you guys handle this?

If your have LOR request form attached to the letter along with DSF, which both have AAMC ID, then it should not be a problem.
