Hey everybody, I have a question, I was taking my Kaplan Qbank and Im confused because they asked whtas the mos common presentation of Aortic Stenosis and I thought it was Dyspnea but it was wrong, they said its Angina, but then in another similar vignette they asked the same and I answer Angina, but it was wrong! now they told me its Dyspnea!!! does anyone knows whtas the mos common presentig symptom!!!!??????

According to Harrison Angina comes later than Dyspnoea in AS Best of luck

UW says Angina comes first.. angina is common presentation of AS. cuz of decresed blood flow through coronary ostia. which cause acute pain. Dyspnea--- is chronic sign/symptom of AS.

I used to think Harrison and Cecil 's medicine as world recognized authoritative work.I do not know when they have been surpassed by "Uworld Questions" which is an orphan material. Best of luck
