Aldosterone increases the reabsorption of sodium by increasing the number of apical Na+ channels and increasing the synthesis of Na+/K+ ATPases in the basolateral membrane of the distal convoluted tubule cells. A greater amount of Na+ is reabsorbed through these channels, and to maintain the intracellular concentration of sodium, more Na+ is pumped out (and more K+ is hence excreted). So (a).

yes water permeability is mediated by ADH, so (b) is wrong aldosterone stimulates K+ secretion, so (c) is wrong ADH secretion, by the posterior pituitary, is regulated by serum osmolarity, so (d) is wrong renin is secreted by the JG cells, in response to either low effective blood volume or by high concentration of filtered urine. as reported by the macula densa, so (e) is wrong. hope this helps.
